I think I'd prefer a CSS server over a CS:GO server. You can play CS:GO together without a server.
CSS is much better configurable (admin, custom maps, weapon restrict, etc)

Last time we exchanged our CSS server for a CS:GO server and nobody was on it anymore, but.....
If the verdict is CS:GO then it's fine by me.

Let order a server and maybe I can set everything up this weekend...

im with liq i think, having done both games i still prefer css.. brings back some good memories as well

update : even had a go on css just now on office ... and got a blue screen went on again after re-boot and it kind of froze after 2 kills /two deaths still got u see ... defragging and will update on progress

Hello Poon LONG TIME hope all is well with you! But back to business I think CSS is still popular enough
to drag pub gamers in and it's all nostalgic but CS:GO is definitely bulkier and prettier to look at.
Either way I'd be up for it even get the old vent on the go

I've seen this, but it's old already. Since Mani is not updated anymore it's probably not even working anymore.

There is another admin plugin for CS:GO, but it's very basic. There is only map and basic player management.

I have been playing CS:GO for a bit, and I have to say that it's quite good tbh. It's a more complete game compared to CSS. The match making is a very nice option, but I think you really need a dedicated team to take part in that. If we would decide to start with real training and tactics it's very cool.

So I'm ok with either server. Most people have given their opinion so I think it's time to decide what server we should get. (what about you Skel?) How are we going to do that? A poll maybe?

id be happy with either as I'm crap around anyway ... even in css i forgot how to do chat if you have some control over the server in csgo then it would be better
