I thought it was a poor start. :?

Just couldn't get in to it. Not even sure of what the timeline of events were. Was it all linear? I thought we were seeing back in his past but getting near the end I didn't have a clue.

ok the black and white eddy izard bit is basically just showing you what he did to him before he died.. and what he intends to do with gillian Anderson's character ..hence the acorns, truffles and oysters diet she is on.. so we know she ain't helping Hannibal now.. trying to escape and get seen on the CCTV footage in the train station in hope the FBI face recognition thing spots her. the bit with her with the arm down that guys neck is what she mentioned in last season and shows how Hannibal managed to influence her with his sneaky psycho suggesting thing he does. And the start in Paris was showing how he ate the real director and his wife and took on his name to become the museums lecturer... leaving us at the timeline that Hannibal the film started from in florence.

i get were your coming from skell, i think they are trying to please the hardcore fan base to much... all the arty farty dreamy stuff has taken over from the story line it seems.. number three was a bit better, more of hannibal in it... i liked the very end bit. My misses was a big fan and she is getting titsed off with it ... she reckons all that music in it sounds like a bunch of kids gone mad in the music room at school

Sounds like it's a copyright issue with what they want to do with the story.
