No the capacitors in the PSU still have a charge in them after they are unplugged. Same with CRT monitors and TV's.

actually it depends on how the circuit was designed, most comp power supplys have a discharge facility built in.

CRT's and tv's now thats a differnet story they can have up to 30000v going through the ht, although its mainly only milliamps. Im sure Poon can tell you all about it..

Current PSUs discharge to a safe amount after around 10 seconds of loss of power. But cheap PSU makers don't have the best circuits in them.

this is a good make just low power, i mean its ok but if i get another g card for sli and a sound card i think ill do it and change to 500 watt.
