My pings fucked up now

Well like everyone else my ping seems to be going sky high to 140
and i have no idea how to sort it i don't know if it's valve or my computer it's self no idea.

I just know i run the game today like every other day to find out my ping is 140.

Any info anything is better than nothing.

I was downloading stuff, as soon as I stopped downloading it was fine.

My ping was over 400!
I tried to reset my modem and router, but nothing worked.
It took 3 days, then it went back to normal by itself. I have no idea wtf happened.

As you all know ive had the same problem, and still do on and off. Nobody hasa any idea whats causing it, its only AoP server that it happens on,

well 1 day later and my sexual 38 - 40 ping was back...
it must be wanky steam updates or something targeting us all 1 by 1 lol
