I think the game was a piss take at film censors etc.
It was made on the Unreal 2 engine. You are a postal worker who is pissed off with everyone as he has lost his house.
The story line of the game is to go and buy milk for the wife and cash in a cheque etc, and things like that for each day of the week. But you have the options of pissing on people, knocking their heads of with shovels, throwing antrax infected cow heads at people and of course an assortment of guns to shoot people, cows, horses and elephants with.
