Not the most common time I guess

I binded the rate info to a key this weekend, and it seems to work. Less moaning and more people changed their rates to the standard.
(And not getting bored by typing it all the time )

Isn't there any possible way to block persons who's rates are not ok from the beginning?I remember a few months ago i can't get on the server because my rates are not high enough so i was been kicked by console and that time i didn't now what console was so everyone was helping me but i didn't get true.After a while with looking at internet, i find the right thing to get open my console and changed it.Can't we do it like this?Standard 25000 66 66 or get kicked by console???

Unfortunately it does kick off people who don't know how to change their rates. It used to be that you were able to change other peoples rates but Valve stopped that.
