What to do?

I have 23 days holiday to take off work this year. I can only carry over 2 or 3 days on to the new year.

So I was thinking of trying to take every Friday off for 23 weeks....

Do you think they will allow it?

it's your choice to use your holidays so i can;t see how they can't allow it.

I'm pretty sure you won't be able to do that really... I think they prefer like a 2 or 3 week consecutive to sort the vacations out with work schedules. That's what I'm used to with employers.

Agree with cren, no way on earth an employer will let you have 23 four day weeks. Will fuck up any devised work schedule and also cause poblems with colleagues. Good luck though!

WHY NOT HAVE A HOLIDAY... i was going to visit auswhich this year in poland, but the misses has spain in mind pff. you could go someware mental skell...travel the world. australia looks good loads of big knockers and waves and that and spiders, er.. sharks..octipus..poision treess..crocs..mozzies..snakes..blokes in the outback that tie up your girlfriend...er....maybe poland then.
