If like me your still stuck with a shitty old USB mouse and want to get the most out of it for CSS follow this link and increase the refresh rate http://www.tinyurl.com/2cdd88. Takes less than 2 minutes to do and Ive installed it and tested it on CSS and Iam impressed, its makes the the pointer a lot more smoother and more responsive. Basically the program updates how many imputs per second are recieved I set mine to 500hz, you can test it in the program. Cool little tip got it from PC Gamer magazine.
