For Metric

Post by skeletor »

I did one of the most stupid things you could possibly do in FF9.

Just got Marcus and Steiner out of the cage in Alexandria, fighting the soldiers, I let them kill off Marcus so Steiner could level up.

I had Steiner against 2 soldiers and I thought what the hell, I would go for the one on the right first rather than the one on the left, for no reason what so ever...

But FF9 doesn't work like FF8 in that respect and before I realised what I had done I had already pressed attack and made Steiner attack himself.

He got a fucking critical hit and killed himself....

LMAO,

I Done something silimer, in ffVII i was collecting all the Enemy Skills i still hadent collected ( had the highwind by this time ) and spent 3 HOURS!!!! gettin everyones lvl4 limit breaks also.

Came to the Shinra mansion where i came accross these little flyin pumpkin enemies, and whats there favourite move....... FUNNY BREATH

As a result both Barret and Cid got confused, but it gets worse. Cid had the Mastered Slash All materia, and we know what that does dont we Skel.

Anyway lets just say i had to buy a new joypad the next day

I can't remember who won the hunt. I started this game around 6 months ago, stopped playing after 8 hours then I only just restarted on Monday.

Which prize does Freya get?

No didn't get the Coral Ring but got one synth'd when Lindbulm got destroyed.

Freya's homeplace was Burcemia. Then you have to go to Cleyra, which is a pain.

But I finally got out of Fossil Roo and now living it up in the Outer Continent.

Boat is disc 2. Disc 1 you can go up to that ledge in Gizamaluke's Grotto then fight those Grand Dragons (or are they called Blue Dragons?).

Yeah you can go up and fight them on disc 1 but you will get raped. But you will also get raped on disc 2, the reason i said when you get the boat is because you can travel to the north eastern islands to fight Zombie Whales, eat one with Quina and you learn lvl 5 death. Then you can kick grand Dragons ass and lvl up BIG TIME

Don't remember those.

I'm on level 21+ with Zidane, Quina, Dagger and Vivi. I've started eating stuff with Quina now, and learnt a few things, one of which was White Wind. Which creature do you get Frog Drop from? Is that the Gigan Toads? I can't remember  I've been catching as many frogs as possible to make Frog Drop worth it.

Through Fossil Roo I just made sure they learnt all the old abilities on the crap weapon as exp and AP is quite good in there.

Not sure whether to try to level up with those Yetis yet though. I haven't completed FFIX getting everything. I got a few things, but have never defeated Ozma or got the golden chocobo.

How many places are there to play hot and cold? The only 2 I remember playing in where the Chocobo forest on the first contintent and the Blue Lagoon which is to the west of the map somewhere.

There are 4 places to play hot and cold including the one in the sky, you should get eveything this time around. Think it is the gigan toads. You cant actullay fight ozma until you get a gold chocobo and you cant get the Ultima Weapon unless you find all the chocographs. Last 4 are in the sky.
