even when i was young i was always the fat one at the back who couldnt get over the wall when bieng chased
weighed myself this morning.... after i had a big poo of course,..... im down to 17.4 stone already ...... not bad in 6 days im pleased, trouble is it starts to slow down after the first 2 weeks..
right weigh in tonight ... been doing well on the food front... went running.. well wobbling round the park again yesterday ...which has bolloxed me tbh.... im feeling a bit feeble today...anyway its down to 16 .11 and 1 quater pound which is a stone and about 4 pound in a week and a half...
YOU FAT BAST....nah, well done. I lost 2 stone without even trying after moving out of my parents. I am slowly putting it back on though, I didn't need to lose any weight beforehand.
still at 16 stone 11 pounds which isnt bad concidering i have had a bad week for the diet..... first i didnt go for any running or anything... then i went for a curry on thursday...and lash... friday was lash city..... sunday was a roast dinner... mind you only had 2 roast pots..... and then mega lash session up the pub..
and more lash last night to kill the hangover...... back on track now with one baked spud..with no butter and tuna.... and fruit today
