Setup won't run. :(

Tried running as admin and compatibility mode.

Why would you run setup, are you trying to launch the game, what error you gettin.

Because that is how you install it, running setup.exe from disc 1. Just sits in the background doing nothing.

Just read a forum post saying to restart if that happens, haven't restarted for weeks so will have to try that.

Cloud has no head and the fade to blacks etc lag really badly.

Not really playable. Going to reinstall when I get time and see which mods produce the best results.

lol - Are you using this mod, should fix teh fade problem you are having.

If you ask me, its the single best mod out of them all. 100% accurate retranslation from the Japanese version, and the menu overhaul is INCREDIBLE

Menus and text looked great. That is all fine.

Think I will just need to be a bit more selective on what mods I do. Need to redownload one of the FMV files as it was corrupt.

is that the mod you are using for the menus. Bare in mind that if you are using the Team Avalanche mod that you MUST install that afterwards. If you install TAs mod last you will fuck your game up

No idea, will have to reinstall and do it properly. Rather annoying that it redoes everything even if you change one option.
