http://www.amazon.co.uk/LG-32LH3000-32- ... =de_a_smtd

I came accross this bad boy for same price as the samsung. Thing is, the same model number, LG 32LH3000 is £339.98 on Amazon, £399 at curries and £499 at play.com?

What.... the hell?

I did manage to work that bit out, Amazon was first choice lol. Chap at work said he has one at home, he paid £400 and it was worth it. Great screen, sounds decent and his lad plays CoD on it which looks great... So there we go.

Cool news on comp.

Thats your TV sorted, have you got a monitor yet?

I don't think I am going to be able to fit some of the parts of the case in the box, so may have to send a smaller box at a later date. I will remind you again that it is heavy (around 18kg). DHL delivery man is going to be happy

Just realised its VGA only though.

VGA isn't the end of the world.

As for resolution, although the graphics card is fairly good, it will struggle at 1920x1200 on the new games.

Although at the looks of the frame it is one of their cheapies which may not be the best for a clear blur free picture when playing games.

There are quite a lot of monitors in the £80-£120 mark that have 1600x900 and vga or dvi. So many bloody choices...
