well the wii play thing is kind of just like ....tennis only in colour. the indiana jones game is pretty poor i thought for the idea of the wii. and we have wii fit.... but i cant be arsed with getting fit. its not very exciting tbh....

But you can stand still and wave your arms around like a lunatic while your kids laugh at you.

The alternative is to set yourself on fire then do the same thing, I guarentee you will lose more weight with the fire option.
