Up at 1.30 (cause forest kept me up til 5 last night), driving lesson at 1.50, went tescos.

stood infront of two huge fans in the chiller trying to cut thru meat that feels like wood its been chilled that long....in a tshirt and overalls ..brrrrr

back in front of two huge fans doing the same.... digging out a bruise in a flank that looks like the blob... sawing more meat and getting little sharp bits of bone in my face and eyes..
