Seaside at the weekend. Need help

Post by Revolver »

Does anyone know a reasonably priced hotel to go to at the weekend? Obviously seaside. I looked at Brighton but dont really fancy that. Bournemouth doesn't look too bad but any further than that is pushing it distance wise. So apart from Bristol there is no where west coast I really know, and Bristol I don't know anything about. Same going North, I went Blackpool earlier in the year so no need to go again and north east i dont know anywhere south of Newcastle. East coast is mad expensive to stay in an OAP resort and i don't want to go Skeg Vegas to be honest.

So, any ideas?

In case anyone was wondering i'll be driving to wherever it is i go from Leicester 2-3pm on Friday. Come home Sunday afternoon. So don't fancy much more than 3 hours driving.

Oh, and went Gt. Yarmouth about a month ago, so done that too.

I did originally write this out a lot better but the web crashed on me so sorry if its jumbled but cant be arsed to mess around writing it a second time.

charmouth... absolutly nothing there.. but great fossil hunting on the beach.. someone just found a whole dino skelleton in the clay cliff recently...

no good for pulling gash though... unless you go for the wooly hat and specs look... also if you get to frisky you risk getting a fossil hammer round your sweed....

Town down on south coast, near Southampton I think. Pretty sure it is a costal town. I always felt it had a funny name.

My understanding is there is some pretty good music on there sometimes? Not the blaze/skel music though.

Anyway think its Bournemouth we're going. I don't really care where it is as long as there is sea, a pub and somewhere to fuck (which is everywhere)
