A Shropshire father apparently committed suicide on the internet as other people watched on a website chatroom. Police today named the man as 42-year-old Kevin Neil Whitrick.
Mr Whitrick was discovered at an address in Orleton Court, at the junction of Orleton Lane and Hollies Road in Wellington, after shocked web users phoned police as he started to self harm in front of his webcam on Wednesday night.
It's happened before though in the US. Some guy kept taking more and more drugs on his webcam with people laughing about it, until he stopped, then they called the police who didn't do anything, because they didn't know exactly who he was.
