0000 Stop eating or drinking due to anaesthetic

0600 Get up

0720 Arrive at hospital

0730 Was told i was 3rd on the list for surgery need to make sure im ready and waiting

1100 They finally tell me to get ready, give me operating gown and told me to shower.

1630 "We wont have time to operate now, go home".

1645 Seventeen and a half hours after my last sandwich and drink i angrily went and stuffed my face on some ginsters pastys and sandwich's

1700 My lift arrives to take me home

1730 Get home to find DVLA trying to charge me £35 for failure to notify of disposal

1735 Attempt to ring DVLA

1736 Realise i was so pissed off I lost my phone at the hospital

1750 Came to the conclusion after ringing the phone and getting a dial tone on the first attempt, the fact that it was now going straight to answer phone meant that some gypsy had stolen it.

1800 Hospital return my call to confirm it had not been handed in anywhere in the hospital


All in all a good day.




2100 onwards... we did kick some ass at CS in our later matches though to be fair

Well im due back on Wednesday now, letter came on Saturday i think. Or maybe Friday. Hopefully won't have a repeat performance.

At least i cant lose my phone for a 2nd time though
